The Lufthansa cabin crew strike has been extended to include April 17th. We are contacting impacted customers. Lufthansa are allowing voluntary changes for travel to, from or through Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich airports.

The union Vereinigung Cockpit has announced a strike at short notice for Monday and Tuesday, 13th and 14th April 2026. Lufthansa is working intensively to keep the impact on passengers as low as possible. We are reaching out to all impacted customers to offer assistance.

The control tower at Newark ​airport was temporarily ‌evacuated & a ground stop was ordered,after a burning smell was detected coming from an elevator. The pause in traffic came around 7:30am.Controllers returned ​to their station & the ground ​stop was lifted about 30mins later.

Due to a plane crash at LGA airport flights are grounded until around 2pm local time. We have scanned for impacted customers and are contacting directly. Please check airline websites before heading to the airport for the latest updates.

On Wednesday, March 18, 2026, no regular passenger flights will be possible at Berlin Brandenburg Airport, due to a strike by the Verdi union. We have scanned for impacted passengers and our teams are reaching out directly to offer support with travel plans.

Belgium faces a Nationwide 24-hour strike Belgium on 12 March. In addition to flights, the disruption is expected to also affect the rail network. Please check with rail operators before heading for the train station and be prepared for cancellations and sever delays.

Travellers due to depart on March 12 are strongly advised not to come to the airport unless specifically instructed by their airline. While departures have been fully cancelled, some arriving flights may still operate, although disruptions & cancellations are likely.

Brussels airport cancels all departing flights on March 12 as strikes hits Belgium. Airlines are now contacting passengers directly to inform them of their options, which may include rebooking onto alternative flights, travel vouchers or refunds.
