@PAStateDept What if a bad actor casts a mail ballot in someone else's name? If the legitimate voter shows up to vote on Election Day, their only option is to vote a provisional ballot—which won't be counted if the fraudulent mail ballot has already been processed... No recourse available.

The Official Charlie Kirk assassination story is now 100% dead!
Candace Owens just dropped powerful never before seen surveillance video of the Losee Center rooftop.
The video Owens released appears to be raw and unedited! This is the same footage that the court will not let the public see, that we are meant to believe is Tyler Robinson assassinating Charlie Kirk.
The individual does not look like Tyler Robinson.
The rifle is never pulled from his pants.
The person in the footage has no limp.
Nowhere do we see the shooter assembling the gun on the roof as we were told.
No recoil is seen.
He performs military maneuvers with precision as well as signaling before opening fire.
The official narrative just COLLAPSED…

🚨 UPDATE:
The D.C. Circuit Rules on Trump Election Integrity Order.
Today, a unanimous three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit affirmed the district court’s denial of a preliminary injunction sought by Democratic Party organizations (including the DSCC) against President Trump’s Executive Order 14399.
What the court decided
The challengers failed to show the case was ripe for an emergency block.
The executive order is not self-executing.
It directs agencies (DHS, USPS, etc.) to act only “to the extent feasible and consistent with applicable law.”
Because no concrete agency actions had yet been taken that would cause imminent harm, the request for a preliminary injunction was properly denied.
The court left the door open: if agencies later implement the order in a way that violates federal law or the Constitution, plaintiffs can return to court and seek expedited relief.
What the order itself does
Issued March 31, 2026, EO 14399 directs federal agencies to develop citizenship-verification lists and tighter procedures for mail ballots in federal elections, with the stated goal of ensuring only eligible citizens vote.
Bottom line:
This particular lawsuit did not stop the executive order.
Implementation can continue, subject to other ongoing cases in different circuits and any future challenges once agencies actually act.
Secure, verifiable elections remain the priority.

Leader Thune claims the Civil Rights Act didn’t pass via talking filibuster b/c cloture was invoked. Yes. That’s the point. Mike Mansfield, leader at the time, didn’t start with the 67 votes he needed. The talking filibuster **forced the negotiation that finally got them to cloture.**
