Permanent DST would put sunrise in @VernBuchanan’s district past 8am for 3 months, as late as 8:22am. It cost children’s lives across Florida when last tried. Health and safety need permanent Standard Time instead!

@ByCarterWalker Not sure about Philly, but in Allegheny, once the machines are locked up for the night, they *legally* cannot be reopened until Friday. So if the sticks are left in there, they are staying in there until Friday no matter what. This happens every year

Still some in Allegheny too, which the county told me was due to poll workers forgetting to remove the data sticks from the machines at the end of the night and that they would be uploaded this week. I’d suspect a similar story in Philly.

Acting AG Todd Blanche has indicted an assistant US attorney in southern Florida who reportedly worked with Special Counsel Jack Smith in the documents case. Judge Aileen Cannon essentially placed Volume II of Smith's report on the case under seal, forbidding anyone at DOJ or any government agency from sharing the report. Why? Because she had dismissed the document indictment in July 2024 after concluding Smith's appointment was unconstitutional. But is appears this prosecutor, Carmen Lineberger, stole the report and tried to conceal what she did. A grand jury in Fort Pierce--the hive of the DOJ's grand conspiracy investigation--indicted Lineberger on four counts. Bigger question: who was she planning to leak the report to? Not like she stole it as a souvenir.

@JackPosobiec When they tried year-round daylight savings in the 70's, kids were going to school in the dark because sunrise wasn't until about 8:30 in the winter.

This was tried in 70s and was a big mess. God’s Time is Standard Time! God Bless you!

When Senate Rs found out they were surveilled by the Biden admin, they tried to pass a law giving themselves the right to sue for $500k in damages + attorneys fees. Over the next 24 hours the senate will start what is known as a vote-a-rama. The senate should vote on Save America as one of the amendments and voter ID as another amendment. Every senator should be on record!!
