@TimWilborne I just learned of plc's and what plc operators get paid and am now studying everything I can about plc's. My main concern though is will I be able to get a job in this field, for I previously worked in IT, but I have a record, mostly weed, and cannot find work in my field.

Just a few ideas. A quick note about my own biases, I do a mix of OG+reaction content.
Purely original content creators might feel differently.
Other channels like MrBeast even use reaction revenue to fund big original projects.

IMO this take about reactors oversimplifies a complicated issue. I agree that 'full-watch' reactions are probably breaking copyright law, BUT disagree that a reactor is only 'stealing' when they react. They often add HUGE amounts of viewership and important eyeballs.

2. There should be an option to revenue SPLIT between reactors and OG-CONTENT creators. What's the cut? Depends on the amount of the video used. Makes no sense to get 100% of the revenue to the OG creator if only 5% was reacted to.
