@cityhopedealer & @DavonUsher Coach dell is great person and colleague. I love him and we have a good relationship. This is more than a “who’s in the seat” type of situation” (and I’m speaking for all other HBCUS). In order for anything to work and separate them, the system will have to be there when attracting and/or keeping athletes. That’s for other HBCUs, mid majors, and schools alike. The foundation and system is what sustains success long-term, and regardless of who’s leading it has to be bigger than one person.

There are so many representatives, agents, agencies, spokespersons…I’m not sure how everyone can keep up with them all. My question is: Do you all think everyone needs or deserves one, or can most handle representing themselves regularly?

Just a broad question so feel free to give your opinions/feedback: - Do you think everyone (or athletes) need an agent/agency? - Do you think everyone (or athletes) deserve an agent/agency - What do you think the cons are of someone having one who can’t benefit from it/them?
