@eMoroor انا كنت زائر بالسعودية، ولم يتم تخفيض المخالفة عن طريق إيفاء او سداد ، تواصلت مع إيفاء وقالو اتواصل معاكم ، اتمني حل المشكلة في اسرع وقت ليتم دفع المخالفة

If you check, the PL limitation always happen due to high temperature, and using bad thermal paste is the cause of this issue.

Even though, I've bought Thinkpad Docking Station 40B00135UK which supposed to be new and it turns out it's used, and I've opened a case with Lenovo Normal Support team and no one cared to replace it for me or deal with the resesller!!!

and they have used after market thermal paste from DELL and yesterday they have used thermal paste from HP which both are not provided by Lenovo. So your service providers in the UAE are not using the best material that is recommended by Lenovo!

In addition to that, HWINFO logs before and after removing the ram showing the CPU poor performance.
