@HatimLawati @QasimAbri @adil_jabri @KhalidAlSaidiMD I think on balance as she is nyha III I’d consider a gentle BAV. She has AR and suspect she will tolerate a bit more. Get the gradients down a bit. Getting a CT may be a good idea (despite radiation concerns) for bail out options.
