1. If Fisk gets killed by a vigilante he becomes a martyr and masks become the terrorists he claimed they were
2. I feel Matt is somewhat using that as a way to justify the fact that he just can’t stand by a let murder happen because of his code.

@dxxxx____ I enjoy the longer ones more because in my experience the newer 6-10 episodes have just as much filler bullshit in them, so 1 seasons worth of story gets shittily stretched out into multiple seasons, and nowadays there's way more time between seasons, so it takes forever.
