The police could have handled this better, but Hill was an IDIOT for rolling his window back up when told not to during a traffic stop. You're in a tinted car in Florida where guns are extremely common. The police are going to behave aggressively if you put their safety in danger trying to be a smart ass. Lesson: Always follow lawful commands, keep your hands on the steering wheel, be polite and you will be released without a ticket 90% of the time. Cops just want to go home safe and if you understand and respect that they will ensure you do with a warning.
