Pakistan will advance in every field if the colonial posts of Commissioners, DCs, &ACs are ABOLISHED. Instead of British-made Divisions, Districts & Tehsils, we should have Municipal Govts in every city and a cluster of a few villages. We need directly elected Mayors.

@Zameer_abbas21 I assume that by grouping people into fixed categories, you may be overlooking that both Sunnis and Twelver Shia can hold a wide range of views, including more liberal ones. People can have multiple, layered identities, which depend entirely on how they engage within society.
