The US-Iran talks have ended without a deal. VP Vance says Iran did not agree to permanent nuclear disarmament and the US team is leaving Pakistan. Though Iranian state TV says the talks will continue on Sunday. Now, Pakistan's role as a mediator and peacemaker is questionable though their journalist assets in Reuters, BBC, Bloomberg etc keep hyping up Pakistan's US commanded and forced sepoy role here. But, imo, what is hype-able is Pakistan's infiltration of major news organizations in the world, including state media of many countries that they can even provide propaganda services to China. While their journalist assets run down the credibility of major international newswires and publications with blatant fake news propaganda on behalf of Pakistan, China, Turkiye, and now Iran and the US too.

The purest soul . The mightiest spirit. Our juggernaut of love. Grateful to have basked in your warmth and radiance Smriti through this incredible creative process! You are infinite in every way!
Aditya Dhar@AdityaDharFilms

Dearest Smriti I still remember one of our very first conversations, when we spoke about how Jaskirat starts with a hint of colour and how, by the end, Hamza is almost swallowed by black. How, somewhere along the way, the colour quietly leaves his life without drawing attention to it. At that point, it was just a thought, a tiny, slightly mad detailing idea I threw at you. And you just held on to it. That’s when I knew 😊 Because while you kept saying “Adi Sir, I don’t know if I’m the right person for this,” I was sitting there thinking, “This is exactly why you are.” You didn’t come with baggage. You didn’t come with a fixed ‘style’ of what this world should look like. You came with honesty and that dangerous thing called ZIDD. And then you went and did what you do best, you over-delivered in the most ridiculous, unbelievable way. Who stitches 10000 costumes for a film and close to 1000 Pathanis in first 30 days and still worries about the detailing of a button on a junior artist’s cuff? 😂
Who creates 250+ looks for Hamza and still loses sleep over whether the ring on his little finger feels emotionally correct?
Who manages thousands of accessories over a 1.5 year shoot and still shows up every day like it’s day one? Only you. The most helpful, most generous human being on set.
Always there. Always giving. Always smiling through the chaos (even when I know some days you wanted to kill most of us 😄). What you built wasn’t just costumes. You built a world.
A language.
An identity that breathes through every single frame of Dhurandhar. And the most beautiful part?
From a space that once felt unfamiliar, you created something so distinct that people are now following your design styles everywhere. That’s not talent alone. That’s courage. That’s ZIDD. 🤩 I’m just really, really grateful I got to witness that journey up close. And I’m even more grateful that I got you on this film ❤️ Love and Luck, forever! 🙏

Nashik IT scandal is a brutal reality check. When the police have to send 7 undercover officers into a company just to get the truth, your HR is clearly a black hole. CM Devendra Fadnavis termed it “very serious incident” & Minister Girish Mahajan has named TCS in the case and called for a wider inquiry into companies across Nashik. > For years, big MNCs used POSH compliance as a selling point to hire top talent, promising a "safe" environment. If top brands can’t stop predatory rackets and religious coercion, they lose their best talent and their biggest edge. > The HR manager’s arrest shows that protecting the "brand" over victims is no longer a get-out-of-jail-free card - it leads straight to a police van. > Fearing "friction," a dangerous recruitment bias will creep in as firms quietly filter out talent to avoid "scandals," killing genuine meritocracy. > It is high time to stop using "MNC culture" as an excuse for abuse. HR needs to decide if they are there to manage humans or just to hide the truth.

#WATCH | Delhi | On Pakistan mediating US-Iran negotiations, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor says, "Do you know what kind of relationship Pakistan has with Washington...There have been some allegations that Washington wrote that tweet for the Pakistani PM, because it had the heading, 'Draft for Pakistan PM'. If you and I wrote something for the Indian Prime Minister, would we write 'Draft for India's PM' above it? And the language used was also Washington's language. Also, some of the phrases were similar to those used by Trump a few hours ago. Only Pakistan can play the kind of role it has played with Washington..."
