Almost a month and no resolution @KiaInd

Negligence at authorised workshop (NRL Kia) led to breakdown of my Seltos on highway. Loose injector bolt & missing washer during timing chain repair caused fuel leak & DPF damage. Still awaiting resolution. @KiaInd please intervene urgently. SR 02629655

Very disappointed with @KiaInd and Allied Kia,Noida Sector8.I went to take delivery of my Kia SeltosHTK(O) worth ₹17 lakh but found scratches on the car.When I refused and asked for a fresh vehicle,the showroom tried to force me to take the same damaged car. @Kia_Worldwide

Hey @KIACustomerCare its been almost 2 months Since I booked Seltos IVT from Pune Crystal Baner showroom. The service has been pathetic! I was promised car in 2 weeks then feb then march and still there is no update so far. When I ask the showroom lead he says I cant help.

@KiaInd more then one and half month still same condition of my seltos.i ordered material on 24 jan but still stock not avalable on service center .i daily called and take follow up .complain also on kia facebook page but still not resolved ..if kia have sortage of parts then please stop the selling of cars ..shameless experience with kia ..third class service of kia ..
