Absolutely horrific service and treatment from @KiaUK charging for an incomplete service log book which is the garages accountability to complete and I have even shown proof of service history via copies requested from garage. Car was sold within weeks of lease and astronomical

@KateMadlin @KiaUK The full range is not fit for purpose. Our Xceed has the dreaded GPF warning (very common on Kia's) and the car is juddering when driving, its 1 year old! Manager at Kia in Hull has said this morning "that's just how they are!" And this issue isn't even covered under warranty!

@KiaUK hi, does your 7 year warranty on the ceed include repairing tyre air pressure valve issues? We bought a ceed last year which had this issue immediately. You repaired at the time but after a change of tyre a few months back it has recurred.

@KiaUK had my top of the range #sportage @perrysmotors a month & absolutely love most of it but the plug in charging is a nightmare & aside of it arriving without mats on a £47k vehicle, the missing 13 amp home charging lead is ridiculous and has made getting charge a nightmare

@KiaUK @Kia @perrysmotors How is that appropriate for a mobility vehicle, you expect me or someone else to drive arpound finding charging points, half that don’t work or require another app/account/deposit . Then sit two hours to get charge… this wasn’t detailed on purchase.. and isn’t fit for purpose !

I’m still waiting for @KiaUK @kia worldwide and @perrysmotors to resolve the situation of buying a 47k #️⃣sportage and be only supplied a type 2 charging lead and no 13 amp 3 pin charger… as a disabled customer they expect you to sit in public car park to charge… hideous!

@KiaUK Hi, my Kia EV6 was recalled in November 2024, and last week a fault with the ICU has appeared which is what it was recalled for. I've heard nothing since, no courtesy car, and I'm now without a car indefinitely? Very very unhappy and really need to know more!!!
