I disagree I spend $33800 a year on rent If I wait 10 years renting, that’s $338000 If I buy a home, sure I’ll spend double on it by the end of the loan But you can pay it off quicker if you want to, have an offset account which helps reduce payments Everyone needs a place to live, prolonging buying just puts you behind I’d rather have a paid off home at 45, than 65 🤷‍♂️
