@TwinsTrust When my LG was struggling, just before drop off we would draw an invisible heart in the palm of her hand. Then I would kiss her palm to 'charge' the heart for the day. If she needed me during the day she just needed to put her hand up to her face and she could feel a mummy hug ❤️
