@JDOUdemon I am curious if the Fever will make a trade before the deadline. If this does not work this year, it could hurt Clark’s reputation (fair or not) and add more unnecessary expectations on her winning a title as the main focus.

@JDOUdemon Stats are deceptive. We can both agree that Clark and McBride hella good ball players. The Lynx team makeup is very different than the Fever. With Collier returning, this reduces McBride’s need to score so much and she can play good defense and score.

@JDOUdemon Caitlin has to score more unnecessarily because the Fever are too top-heavy. This is why they will not win a title when this current personnel. The Fever could use another wing (Citron type) that can score the basketball so that Caitlin does not have to share the load with Kelz.

@JDOUdemon I am basing Ionescu from the little she has played this year and by the end. I have seen how good Ionescu can be against elite competition. That is a big question I have with Caitlin. It is hard to judge her because she has not won a single playoff game yet in her early career.

@JDOUdemon Her co-workers, also professional basketball players, across the league ranked her 11. They have more credibility than the millions of fans sitting on their computers and in the stands. This is not even debatable. 11 sounds about right, from someone who plays basketball.

@JDOUdemon There is a diminishing undertone and I understand it. Clark is good, just not as good as her fans make her to be. Without blaming the refs, Stephanie White, the front office, injuries, etc. we will see how good she is by year’s end. Too many flaws in her game.

@JDOUdemon I don’t think believe that fans hate Caitlin Clark, but their frustration with her is multi-layered. Almost of it has to do with her fans and the political and racial agendas surrounding her. She is not innocent either, and she is very aware of the attention.

This page is for real WNBA fans, that actually talk about other players besides one good player. You cannot blame this page for not covering CC a lot because segments of her fanbase are very toxic.
