@ConlanDerek @CorkGourmetGuy Thanks Derek and Dave, most convenient is to order online on our shop if you can’t find it locally. We’ll be putting up the special editions in the new year and lots of mad casks in the waiting for 2025🥂
English

@CorkGourmetGuy @Killahora Cheers Dave, I’ve had most of their stuff, it’s unreal, but never the aged ones in charred barrels they mentioned!
English

@Killahora hey folks, is there anywhere in town that I could pick up a bottle of your Rare Apple Ice Wine today?

English

Extremely saddened to hear that @BeoirOrg advicate and my (@BeersIveKnown ) longstanding friend @DrinkBritain passed away over the weekend. Thoughts especially to @PomeFruits and all the @LittlePomona family as well as the thousands of others she brought light to over the years

English

@DKenni Might be one for the future, but for now it’s a dabble :-) the phenolics in meadowsweet go great with peat or smoke 🔥
English

@Killahora Meadow sweet smoked Vermouth!!? Get that out to us asap! 😂
English

@ShamHanifa those frozen lime leaves are a revelation, I’ve been cooking Agak agak inspired everything since Saturday! ❤️

@DavidMarra @RossCider @Adam_HWells @whiskeychatspod @DKenni @thecowmanshow @BarMas @So_mmel_ier @vendemmiawine @64_Wine There is so much in terms of cider and perry ‘varietal discovery’ to be had from Ross-on-Wye; they grow and press so many single varietals that you can’t find anywhere else. The Flakey Bark is a rare Perry pear too - great one to have tasted!
English

Rounding out the evening with this amazing Perry from @RossCider. So far, Flakey Bark is my favourite pear variety. Lovely, pure, off-dry fruit, but a tannic monster. This is absolutely sensational and we’re really missing out that no one is importing this into Ireland

English

@Adam_HWells @RossCider It’s some apple! That colour is ridiculicious😀
English

@Cider_Review @BarMas The EU marketing standards people are trying to come to an EU consensus on definition of cider; what % of juice, where from, concentrate ? etc. the direction of travel is
‘At least 50% of juice’, but France at 99% hates it, & Sweden at 15% also hates it! So will be a challenge!
