Hey @Delta I’m not a complainer, but today has sucked.
My 12pm flight from PBI got delayed by 5+ hours because “the plane at the gate was broken” - which is honestly kind of hilarious to write out in a sentence.
Then the new flight I was given was delayed by an hour, while my connecting flight left five minutes early.
So now I’ve missed my connecting and I’ll miss my best friend’s rehearsal dinner.
The gate attendant said he couldn’t help and promptly walked to Subway. Customer service desk said I’d have to call the hotline after my next flight. Considering that my next flight is going to land at 3am, I’m fairly certain nobody will answer my call.
How about a little bit of help after a horrendous day?
