While Crank still refuses to host an in-person town hall, I have committed to having at least one in-person town hall every quarter, an open-door office policy, and a robust and responsive constituent mail program. A once-in-a-blue-moon "telephone town hall" is not what real representation looks like.

NEW AD: When I was in high school, my parents sat me down and told me that they didn’t have money for college. Raised in a middle-class household, I knew that if I wanted to achieve something in life, I had to earn it. I got an ROTC scholarship to pay for college, served our country overseas, and have worked tirelessly over the course of my career to create opportunities for others. I now hope to earn the opportunity to give back to the community that raised me. I know the value of hard work, and no one will work harder for the Pikes Peak Region than I will.

I am proud to have the support of Tom Seigel and admire his dedication to our shared American values. Too many politicians today have forgotten the importance of being representative for ALL Americans and leading with dignity and respect. I never will.

El Paso County is tired of the tribalism, chaos, and corruption that we are living through in our politics today. We need more politicians who can deliver actual results and focus on issues that really matter for working Coloradans- and that is exactly the type of Congresswoman I will be.

I'm grateful for the endorsement of the Natural Resources Defense Council Action Fund. While Crank voted to sell off our public lands, I will also stand up for El Paso County's natural resources that are so critical to our community. @NRDC_Action

I am so grateful for all the support I have received for this campaign. This race is only possible because this community and people all across Colorado and the country believe we can flip this seat for the first time in history and that we deserve better. The energy I have felt on the campaign trail is clearly reflected in its numbers- now all that's left to do is keep the momentum going into November!

I was born the year Roe v. Wade was decided and have been lucky to live most of my life knowing I had autonomy over my own body. With Dobbs, that was taken away from women across the country, and too many are now lacking access to critical healthcare and economic opportunity. This Congress has been one of the least effective Congresses in history. WOW! Thank you El Paso County. Tonight, I am honored to have earned the Democratic nomination for Colorado’s Fifth Congressional District. Thank you to all the voters who participated in this primary election and the many volunteers and supporters who made this victory possible. The result reflects the strength of a grassroots movement built across El Paso County and throughout our district. I also want to thank my fellow Democratic candidate in this race, Joe Reagan, who ran because he cares deeply about our communities. I respect and am grateful for his commitment and dedication to public service. In the end, this is our country and our community. We owe it to each other to make it better. And ALL of us play a role — Republicans, Democrats, and Unaffiliated Voters alike. Now, the stakes are clear. We move forward together to defeat Jeff Crank in November. Happy Primary! We had a terrific final house party last night before election day. It was so great to see so many community members from all generations engaged and ready to flip this seat for the first time in history.

I'm thinking of everyone impacted by the Aspen Acres fire and our firefighters working to contain it. As wildfires and other extreme weather become more common, we must work to combat climate change and protect vulnerable communities through common-sense and fact-based policies.
