I think my career in the JAV industry was so fast-paced and insane, and I never sat down to properly share what happened to me during those six years, because what do you MEAN an entire group of studios threatened to blacklist me (and did) if I went and did content in the US.
I remember sitting with the very same company that helped me debut and two men telling me, "If you go abroad and shoot we will never shoot with you again" and I asked, "Then why does Melody Marks get to do both?" and they said, "That's just how it is." and then when I went and shot in Taiwan the industry released a massive newsletter with me getting railed by Taiwanese actors and said, "June didn't listen!!!" and encouraged people not to work with me.
