Freshly baked Irish soda bread is so delicious! It’s also easy to make. No yeast or proofing time. I add raisins and orange zest to mine. Irish legend says make sure to score an X (cross) on top to allow fairies to escape and ward off the Devil. 😋☘️🇮🇪🍀🌈

Every St. Patrick’s Day I make an Irish feast of corned beef, cabbage, colcannon, carrots, and Irish soda bread. It’s a fairly easy meal to make and so delicious! I look forward to it every year. A great opportunity to celebrate my Irish heritage. 😋☘️🇮🇪🍀💚
