As we recently reported, the number of new recruits passing out of HMS Raleigh has collapsed dramatically in the last year. The RN does not have an attraction problem, plenty of people are applying to join. It's a failure to process applicants that must be gripped urgently. A PSA to all companies that sell apparel, food/beverages, & personal hygiene products... Please, if you know you will be discontinuing a product... let your customers know IN ADVANCE. This will give your neurodivergent customers a chance to stock up on their comfort products.

Most people: Wow, I did THAT. Let’s celebrate! Autistic and ADHD me: I know that I achieved something and others celebrate such wins, but it’s no big deal for me because everybody does it/it was easy. Plus, there’s still more I need to do on this, so it’s too early to celebrate.

ADHD mood of the day: Having a bunch of tasks to work on & being genuinely excited about them. But when it's time to actually START on one, I freeze up & do none of them. So I put them off for tomorrow. Except now I'm not excited about the tasks. Now I dread them. Repeat daily
