@BeckyStrokePhys We do over at Chesterfield ☺️ we have one team that covers hyper acute, acute, rehab and ESD. Staff rotate/ flex between working on inpatients and on ESD. ESD is jointly line managed by the clinical leads for each team (OT, PT, SLT and Nursing). All staff have one office base.
