The Judiciary has taken note of recent reports of resurfaced abductions. Kenya is a constitutional democracy, where the rule of law stands as a foundational value and guiding principle of our governance. Abductions have no place in law and indeed are a direct threat to the rights of citizens.
In light of these reports, we strongly urge security agencies and all connected entities to adhere to the law to safeguard fundamental rights and freedoms.

@JimiWanjigi Why can't you pull a Donald Trump?
You have the financial muscles but you always employing wrong strategies and political wheels.
What makes you think Kenyans can't give you a chance if you label yourself properly?

The Supreme Court - and the judiciary in general - should realize that it is the last frontier in the protection of public interest. It is essential that the court develops and animates that consciousness. Judges are judges of the new sovereign - the people. And courts are established to grant reliefs to that very public. By design, they are established knowing that other arms of government can and do abuse their respective powers. Courts must check that power - and eschew tendencies and temptations of judicial appeasement as guided by the constitution and the law- Chief Justice Emeritus Dr Willy Mutunga

A PS arrogantly tells Kenyans on national tv, that if you are dissatisfied with SHIF, get private insurance. With what money, when the government has forcibly deducted 2.75% for SHIF, 1.5% for housing levy and increased PAYE.

😂😂😂 These guys are going home. Not just the guy in charge. Remember how they were warned about Finance Bill? They're now being warned about SHA and all the new taxes. Guess what? They're not just arrogant. They're literally telling Kenyans to go f themselves.
