IMPOSTER SYNDROME ISN'T INCAPABILITY, IT'S INEXPERIENCE... understanding this difference changed my life👇🏾 5 years ago today, at 27 years old the BBC called me and asked: "Do you want to become a Dragon on Dragon's Den". I was shocked. But I said, Yes. To me it’s not just an iconic show, it’s a culturally, economically and entrepreneurially important one. I was 28 when I entered the Den. About to sit in a chair I'd role-played myself in since I was 12. To my left: Peter Jones. There since episode one, 2005. To my right: Deborah Meaden. 19 years in that seat. Producer counts down: "30 seconds until the first entrepreneur." My hands are sweating?! Heart thumping in my ears! Not because I couldn't evaluate businesses. I'd built and sold companies and made investments - in fact my first ever investment was into a young Hyrum Cook for an idea he pitched me pre-launch called Adanola. But I'd never done it with cameras rolling and millions watching. For 15 years, I'd watched from my parents' sofa. Paused the TV as a child to give my verdict before the Dragons. Played businessman in my living room. Now I was.... inside the TV. In the actual Den. The lights really hot. The chair stiffer than expected and the silence before that lift opens, deafening. Here's what I learnt: Imposter syndrome isn't about incapability. It's about inexperience. Your brain literally can't tell the difference between: "I've never done this" and "I can't do this" Same signal. Same fear. Completely different realities. First entrepreneur walks in. Pitches. The Dragons turn to me. My mind goes blank for exactly one second. Then muscle memory kicks in. "Your customer acquisition costs across social media is 3x your lifetime value," I hear myself saying. "How do you fix that?" Peter nods. Deborah builds on my point. I belonged there. I just hadn't belonged there before. One pitch in, the nerves are gone. 10 pitches in and I forgot the cameras, 50 pitches in and that chair felt comfortable, 500 pitches later - I'm having fun, experimenting, pushing boundaries a little. And the thing is, Imposter syndrome hits the hardest when you're doing something that really matters - that you really care about. When you're exactly where you should be. When you're growing! That's why I call imposter syndrome, "growth syndrome" - who would choose a life without that? I wasn't an imposter. I was a 28-year-old who'd never been a Dragon before. And, it turns out that's exactly what they wanted - someone who was a bit naive, inexperienced - different. The lack of experience is not the problem, but it always holds an advantage - that's what you focus on. To everyone facing their own Dragon's Den moment... You belong in every room you're brave enough to enter and the room that intimidates you most is the one that needs your perspective the most! Activate to view

Amazon was $18 in 1997. Tesla was $35 in 2012. Both went up 100x times. While everyone’s buying expensive stocks tech stocks now, there are 5 companies under $50 that could potentially hit similar returns as Amazon & Tesla. Here's what they are:

🚨NEW: @JoeRogan blasts the legacy media for downplaying @ElonMusk and @SpaceX's heroic rescue of two astronauts trapped at the space station. "They're trying to sh*t on everything he does and hide all the good stuff. You didn't hear a peep about Elon rescuing those astronauts. That should have been livestreamed on all of the news all day long." "It should have been a huge national event. We're finally going to rescue the astronauts who were trapped in the space station for 8 f*cking months. And this super genius, Elon, is the guy who figured out how to go get them." "His company rescued them because we can't do it anymore. We couldn't rescue them. We had to rely on his company and you don't hear sh*t about it. It's crazy!"

This weekend will be the first meeting between Blackburn Rovers and Wolverhampton Wanderers in the FA Cup since the 1960 final, which Wolves won 3-0. 😮 🏆 That is the most recent final of the competition either side reached. #WWFC | #Wolves

Irish General Election Summary For my non-Irish friends wondering what happened in the Irish election... The big two former centrists, now globalist open borders, low-wage/low skill economy parties won again. It will be another 5 years of mass immigration and suckling at the American FDI investment teat unless Trump shuts it down. There were some wins however. The Greens were obliterated. They were particularly pernicious and embedded the NGO sector and hardcore Critical Race Theory, Queer Theory, Decolonisation and other Social Justice Theories into legislation. The nationalist vote failed to elect a single candidate but key conservative and common sense TDs were returned. Aontu who are hoping to build a centre/centre-right movement in Ireland had a solid showing. They upped their overall percentage of 1st preferences to a degree that they now qualify for state funding as a party and can continue to professionalise and grow. They also added a new TD, doubling their representation in the Dail. What remains to be seen is if the big two globalist parties Fianna Fail (FF) and Fine Gael (FG) win enough seats to be able to form a coalition together without a third party. If they do need help then the choices are stark. The Social Democrats (SD) and/or Labour would be the choices on the hard left. Both are as woke as the Greens were and would mark a business as usual continuation of the past five years which would be ruinous for the nation. If FF and FG only need a couple of supporting TDs they may go Independent Ireland (II) and/or Aontu or they may pick a couple of Independents who are closely aligned with FF&FG. Either of the latter two options are preferable than SD or Labour and should slow down the flood of mass migration a little. It won't be a win per se, just that there will more of a country left in 5 years when the next election comes around, giving the new right a chance to build and salvage something. Another important element is that FF look set to hold an outright majority over FG making them the senior coalition partner. This is important because it takes the arrogant and authoritarian Simon Harris out of leadership as Taoiseach and it also gives FF a strong bargaining position to take Helen McEntee - the most divisive and dangerous politician in Ireland - out of her position as minister for Justice. McEntee had vowed to push ahead with enforcing her despised Hate Speech Laws if FG were returned to government. She has also overseen the most reckless open borders policy in Irish history. Removing her and Harris would be a big win even though they won't be replaced with anyone sensible by any means. In short, Ireland is still on track to complete cultural, demographic and financial ruin. The only thing is that it's a slower train than what it could have been. External economic and political shocks to the FDI economy - or lack thereof - will play a crucial role in shaping the nation over the next five years.
