I’ve had pots (and all the other fun stuff) my whole life I didn’t realize I can feel this good as a base level. I feel so good right now. she told me just to put more salt on food and it just wasn’t enough. this is game changer for me I’m sob

so my doctor didn’t really help w my pots but my bro (also has pots) recommended I try “salt loading” with some electrolytes packets in my waters. HOLY COW THE DIFFERENCE. I can stand more than 15min without getting dizzy. I going to get a new doctor who take me seriously…😭💞
