I spoke directly with the OTC and they've said that with the CUSIP change, there might be a slight delay –They suggested calling Fidelity directly to make sure they have updated their data files for the security.
The OTC Trading desk here in New York confirmed there are no blocks on the security to trade. I know you've spoken to Fidelity and they directed you to American Pacific; however, it does sound like it's an issue on the brokerage side.

The Tuscarora sale for @AmerPacMine is final so focus now shifts to drilling the Madison project in Montana. AmPac keeps exposure via 11.5M shares of ICG. @King22Swing @Stan_Stinson @TheGoldAdvisor @AmerPacMine The US ticker remains USGDF. Any issues in trading are likely related to lag in your brokerage account updating the ISIN (or CUSIP) number. I suggest you contact your brokerage to fix the issue.

As an American Pacific shareholder, you do receive ICG shares and these ICG share certificates have been mailed out. ICG is actively working towards establishing US listing with DTC eligibility so expect news on the front soon!

$PGE.v - Stillwater Critical Minerals Absolutely brutal smash for #PGE investors owning this guy. At its lowest point today, the stock was down -60% from its recent top less than a month ago (from 0.600 → 0.240 😳). It closed the day at 0.260 (-20%) on record volume, roughly 10x the daily average (see that massive red candle 😳). The stock now sits -56.7% from its recent top seen less than 4 weeks ago.. Today’s selloff was far from normal. Even with #Palladium and #Platinum both solidly green, someone unloaded a record amount of shares across multiple similar names. This was one and the same entity, not natural market action... The stock was at one point down -25% intraday, on no news whatsoever. I stepped in and bought into the close. I’ll be watching closely tomorrow to see if the same seller reappears. If so, this looks 95% like a gift from heaven that could rebound just as fast as it dumped. I mean back to atleast 0.330-0.350 zone.. Still, brutal for $PGE.v holders - from +500% YTD to +160% YTD in under four weeks. #BRUTAL. On the bright side, for those of us who weren’t in - we now get the chance to play the recovery on this one. Could be a setup for some fast, #easy #money if it snaps back. 💰

Feels like someone/single entity with a diverse, multi-million dollar junior pge portfolio just market-sold the whole thing into thin volume.

There is a pattern in majority of the #Silver #juniors orderbooks that has appeared today. They all are filled with same particular big ask of 500k-1M shares for sale in majority of the stocks I look at.
That’s not normal, I know as I look every day in these stocks. This occurred today.
It’s either one and the same actor offloading or it’s the same market maker..
Very fishy, I’ve seen it before close to bottoms though.
