Translation for people who aren't illiterate: I know I will get downvoted, but I don't care. I realize I don't mesh well with certain conservative students. Of course, I keep it firm and professional with them, but just had to let it out here in this safe place. They may not be disrespectful directly towards me, but I find their comments off-putting, narrow-minded, and smug. I do not tolerate disrespect of other students. I can deal with lazy kids, but I cannot stand the behavior of these conservative students. I just have to keep it professional with them. We teach all children, right?
