From the baseline angle replay (similar angle as calling official), it certainly looks Cade touches the ball with his left hand and his right hand, before the ball touches the floor again during the dribble. That means he has ended his dribble, and it’s a double dribble violation when he dribbles again. Even if he doesn’t touch it with that right hand, it certainly looks like he did from this angle, so I don’t think this qualifies as a “phantom call” or “nothing close to a double dribble”. It’s probably a double dribble, but at the very least, it’s very close.
