That black ppl kill white people far more, commit far more crime per capita, for decades upon decades (going back before I was born), that standards get reduced for the false notion of inclusion, leading to a decaying society, all for Democrats to manipulate and control based on race and racial narratives.

@primediscussion @KingCrep Hence “presumed innocent” surely you have heard of that. A finding of not guilty means they are still presumed innocent but the court and jury and defense do not have to “prove” innocence.

You posted ignorant takes on that case for several years. An AR-15 is not an AK-47 for example. He didn’t get in an altercation, violent leftists tried hunting him in the midst of a riot because he put out a fire they started. He killed 2 people and wounded another, each act in clear self-defense. Everything he did was legal and Binger and liberal media tried railroading him with lies. You don’t even know the basic facts despite commenting on it for at least 5 years. I have a hard time taking you seriously. In fact, I don’t take you seriously at all now.

No. A) would depend on the “antagonizing things said… actual fighting words/threats vs merely offensive language different things. B) simply touching is not enough it would have to be a level of force a reasonable person believes could cause death or great bodily injury. You understand the differences? Or are you still too stupid?

@KingCrep @primediscussion It wouldn’t be murder. If a person violently assaults you because they dislike you calling them a name and they could potentially kill you or cause great bodily injury you have a right to defend yourself. None of the stuff out shows Chud actively trying to start a fight.

@JesseASweeney @primediscussion Also want to point out that the precedent you would like the courts to set is, if I can goad someone into hitting me based off words I get to kill them So if I’m a serial killer, I should go find hot heads, try to entice them into hitting me so I can freely commit murder.
