New balancing changes to #EscapefromTarkov Tarkov: Proportionally reduced the inertia strength while moving (walking, strafing) for characters with medium and heavy overweight effect. ● For characters with the heavy overweight effect - by 15%

@tarkov Take inertia away if you don’t have the overweight status effect. There’s no way a trained soldier carrying a gun, vest and helmet would have to stutter step when slowing down from a run. If anything make it so you get the overweight status effect lower.

This change is due to the community feedback on the results of Friday's balancing changes, and will allow for a better experience of the changes in the raid dynamics.
