@BackoftheTrini1 We havent spent pennies though, £380m in this time could have been spent better. Yes others can spend more & we've been hampered by rules but this is a fortune & we have mostly wasted it when you look at the squad with probably 4 players who actually have changed the XI or squad

Seeing stuff like boring possession based football...it's called getting the most of the players at your disposal Unai has completely turned this club around along with the owners yes it was disappointing last night but let's look at the bigger picture.

@BackoftheTrini1 Our net spend is great but Duran, Diaby & Ramsey money have covered us wasting money for 4yrs. Instead of spending 5 lots of £12-15m on players who have never played buy 2 x £25m players or 1 x £50m. Wasting huge wages on Elliot, Disasi, Lenglet, Rashford, Asenio. Spend better!

Ian Maatsen is not sustainable in the premier league. Hes so unaware of anything around him it makes him a total liability.

@AVFCOfficial Abysmal! I am absolutely livid with that showing! I'm fed up of watching slow, tedious football every week, regardless of result which ends up with players like Rogers/Sancho to do their highlight reel flick/trick & then disappear for the rest of the match. We need an overhaul!

Disgusting from #AVFC today. Made Spurs look like Brazil in that yellow kit. Not one tackle put in, not an ounce of desire. Barely approached a second ball. Played off the park by a team that’s won 1 game in 2026 (Against Wolves).
