With the upmost respect to Stephen Hendry as i liked him as a Snooker player & like him as a Pundit, it will be a disaster imo trying to match Jim Davidson & John Virgo & how good they were

@Martynw34 Yeah I agree. He seems to get jobs that just aren’t suited to him. No problem with him personally, I’m sure he’s just chasing money but the people making the decisions should be able to see that too

@Martynw34 Completely agree. He’d be another good shout to do it with Hendry. I don’t know why anyone would think putting McGuinness in for it would be a remotely good idea even if it does actually end up working out well

@KingFox90 Agree, & what has happened to Colin Murray the Northern Ireland Presenter ? I used to like him doing the BDO Darts on BBC years ago, he is charismatic but never get's work now that much on tv it seems

@Nick_Metcalfe I agree, along with the other higher ranked players playing in it too. I can’t see them playing in many of the other senior tournaments going forward throughout the next season. If they played both circuits all season maybe I’d think differently.

I’m not massively fancying a snooker debate right now. But I find myself feeling duty bound to say I don’t think Ronnie O’Sullivan should play in the Seniors. Various top snooker people disagree with me and that’s fine too. But it doesn’t feel in the spirit of the event to me.

@thesnookerhall I’ve seen people say it was the wrong shot going for the black but I think he had to go for it and back his potting ability and ultimately it was his last shot, however the way he handled the snookers is what really let him down in the last frame. He needed much more composure

Unpopular opinion alert: Stan’s inexperience was a key factor in defeat, but I think he got a bit overconfident. Stan is a top prospect, but he’s immature and needs to grow up quickly if he wants to progress. Waiting for the “I would like to see you do better” replies. #snooker

@garycbeckett @lee1978lcfc Couldn’t agree more. Even if some of them somehow managed to produce something positive between now and the end of the season I never want to see many of them in our shirt again. I’d rather the academy take us down than this lot 🦊

I have never felt like this as a #lcfc fan even when Peter Taylor was destroying things - if I didn’t see over half this first team squad again it really wouldn’t bother me - entitled arrogant and lazy……
