If this was just a recolor, it'd be pretty cool... but this isn't a "fix". It's a circus. It's supposed to look like it's shot through a Jolly Rancher lol

@MxlkSweet To an extent, Amethyst is a solid example of how sisters and daughters are forced into adulthood to care for their sister/mother's child.

I get not liking the card-cycle, but divination is a technique with a rich background. Its association with women specifically is of greater cultural significance than just being a hobby.
The cards are just one of so many outlets that have been used to show that Amy is magical.
