If you consider what Alonso turned Wirtz into, then you can envisage what he will turn Cole Palmer into. This is one of the reasons I feel he will use 3-2-4-1 with Palmer in RHS like Wirtz at Leverkusen. Xabi explained that he framed the team to protect and enhance Wirtz's talent.
