#kwpscomputing Today in computing, we looked at the 5 ways to have a balanced digital diet! We can use technology for good as long as we focus on these different activities:

The children have been learning about poetry in Team 2 this week. Who better to learn from than Michael Rosen! #kwpsenglish

Team 2 loved our special Hot Chocolate treat last Friday afternoon ☕️

We loved our visit from Terry at The Moonshine Owl Sanctuary yesterday. The children learnt about the 6 different types of owls found in the UK and even got to meet a couple of them🦉

On Monday Team 2 investigated the importance of hand washing🧴We tried to clean cooking oil from our hands in three different ways. We come to the conclusion that warm water and soap was the best way to wash our hands! #kwpsscience

Today in RE, Team 2 learnt about the miracle of Jesus walking on water and participated in a hot seating activity. The children asked Jesus’ followers questions about their experiences of this #kwpsre

Today in Computing we thought about the question ‘How does IT improve our world?’ We learnt about how barcodes are used and how scanners are used to get a code from the barcodes. We became self scanners and worked in pairs to pay for items. #kwpscomputing

Team 2 have been investigating the importance of exercise this afternoon. We practiced aerobic, strengthening, stretching and balancing exercises. We will continue to practice these exercises for 5 days to see if our results change or improve 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♂️#kwpsscience
