@RubberSpectre It is a tough one tbf. My motivation goes in peaks and troughs. I usually always have targets I want to hit. Whether its body weight, a powerlifting 1 rep max I want to reach or even just a certain look.

@KinkyKoby Looks good on you! Do you have any advice for the gym, like staying motivated and what not, cause I struggle haha
