He has been arrested 15 TIMES with over 40+ CHARGES. I spent THREE HOURS pulling every case file, and discovered he has been LET OUT ON BOND every single time. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. In fact, he is currently out on bond RIGHT NOW for 4 larceny charges he's already picked up THIS YEAR. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!
