The Moderna booster is kicking me around a bit this morning - I feel a bit like I've got a cold. Ugh.

@LexiOHudson @Vanguard_Group I think most big companies now are like what you describe - they discourage phone calls and shuffle you around between departments. I've found this with every big company I've interacted with over the last five years.

@KirkdeRos @Vanguard_Group That’s so interesting. In 25 minutes I’ve been bounced around to four different people. Each one cannot seem to answer a basic account question. It’s extraordinary. Aren’t they the largest provider of retirement accounts in the world? Truly inconceivable.

Is @Vanguard_Group a real company? I’ve had my retirement account with them for a year, and it never ceases to amaze me how incompetent they are. It’s truly laughable.

@LexiOHudson @Vanguard_Group Ah. We're talking about two different things. I'm talking about the investment funds themselves, you're talking about the administration that runs Vanguard. I don't have any experience with that, only with the underlying funds. /1

Arrived at our gig. Apparently she sent an email canceling us, which we never received. It's my professional opinion you should call or make sure the person you're canceling REPLIES to your email. 😡 We're out $20 and 2 hours.

Got my booster yesterday afternoon, and I'm feeling it this morning. The first two didn't affect me much, but this one has got me eying my easy chair.

My brother and I share the tradition of getting each other the ugliest gift under $5 we can find. But that's just step 1. Step 2 is a crappy wrapping job. 😁 I shall be victorious in the ugly gift find this year, and so will my wrapping! MUAHAHAHA!!
