@MercedesBenzUK dad took his EClass for a service & upgrade the sat nav on 12 Jun. They broke the head unit 7 weeks on still not repaired & they are trying to charge him for the repair! Mercedes Leicester now demanding he pick up the car head unit not working! Sort this Mercedes!

@Davies_Group I have been on in a queue for 2 hours waiting for a claims handler, sent 2 contact forms and no response!! You returned my 'repaired' device with a 'new' screen and the selfie camera has significant damage as you can see below. Call me back!!!
