For nogle år tilbage , købte jeg et grundstykke på tvangsauktion. Der var ingen andre end jeg der bød, så jeg bød en krone. Fik det til den pris plus lidt spillemandspenge til retten og advokat. Det samme grundstykke har siden bare ligget fjernt i en skuffe og ikke rigtig fået min opmærksomhed. Fik den skøre ide, at få taget lidt billeder af grunden og smidt dem ind i Ai og bedt den placere et inspirerende hus. Forsøgte for sjov at lave en video også. Lagde det på Facebook med 30kr/dagligt i annoncer. I 7 dage. En salgsaftale er i dag underskrevet. Solgt for 497.000kr. Det er tror jeg min bedste investering til dato:-)
