Don’t know much about fancy places or BLR or HYD, but during my trip to Kerala in 2018, a few km ahead of Kochi airport there was a shop with no name, one plastic sheet as roof, made up of wood, with a tawa and a bhatti to keep Sambhar warm. They were selling Dosa for just ₹12 and I am yet to find a better Dosa than that place despite my entire taste is accustomed to North Indian Dosa.

I feel @ursmohan_kumar Anna and other talented folks should make some YouTube videos for projectionist to make them understand that if a FLAT content is available then they shouldn’t play scope content on a flat screen. CVR have inefficient or not so much motivated folks in projection box.

@theimaxguy VFX are often more expensive 😭 There are many real locations in north east India(international shoot I'm not even suggesting) which could've given a better look to this shot specifically.

I really don’t mind if this attracts criticism or maybe harsh comments, but this movie was trash on so many levels. I had a really hard time in cinema.. but then again.. Bollywood always thinks audience will watch and trust anything we will present to them. On the other hand; in USA, hardly or rarely any movie shows US Army as weak or like this much unprofessional.

I don’t really trust RGV or his words. The guy says and write long essay on every release that does good business on Box-office and he write praises like Director is some king and has just won a glorious battle. He just keeps on writing songs of praise for everyone. Did the same during Animal. And I guess he will do it again in future. PS: I am in awe of #Dhurandhar Part 1. I was talking about it for months, and I expected that it will do better. Many of my friends said, seeing your passion I hope film turns out good else these posts will look funny. Movie came out so good, and I also love #Dhurandhar2 not as much as part 1 but still a great film.

@rohithklv నాకు dolby vision గ్రేడింగ్ తోనే సమస్య.. Dolby cinema తో కాదు.. అంటే simple గా root లోనే సమస్య నాకు... అది simple గా కరెక్ట్ చేయొచ్చు మనకి నచ్చినట్లు గా.. కాకపోతే ఎవ్వరూ పట్టించుకోరు అంతగా.. కానీ నాకు ప్రేక్షకుల comfort ముఖ్యం ఈ aesthetics కన్నా (నా వ్యక్తిగత అభిప్రాయం )

Dhurandhar Dolby Vision - HDR By Barco thoughts I watched Dhurandhar 2 in 2K DCP, HDR By Barco & Dolby Cinema. There's a massive quality difference between the 2K & 4K version & little difference in DC & HDR Grade. The image sharpness in 4K was too good when compared to the 2K version. In some shots, the background details were more visible. If I have to nitpick about the grade, I prefer the Dolby Vision grade because of how they handled the tone & brightness levels. The difference became very evident in dark scenes. Also, the colors during blast scenes seemed more accurate at DC. A lot of people (incl me) won't be straight away able to tell the difference apart between the grades easily, since I sat down to focus on the grade thrice, I was able to draw this conclusion. Hearing that IMAX also got true 4K DCP makes me happy because if were a 2K upscaled version, people wouldn't be able to appreciate the technical details as much (source- @iamshreytyagi) Strictly for hyderabad- Audio wise, hands down HDR By Barco venues offer a more bass heavy & loud experience. Dolby cinema wins at delivering atmos/surround with precision but the bass is simply too low for people's liking. I'm able to comment about precision because i noticed in this scene where there was a leaky tap in the background, I was clearly able to differentiate where the audio was coming from and at which sound level. Overall both formats deliver a solid package, just pick whichever venue is accessible to you, sit back & enjoy. Ps - i checked out this movie in both the HDR by Barco venues and they offer quite a similar experience.
