Squ makes the same point I default to. AI is just an advanced tool. technology evolves. Either embrace it and speed up your workflow or fall behind because of your pride. All new things will have detractors, humans hate change, it's scary. That'll fade in time, though.

Okay So according to these guys. Leaflit's new system is just PNG Tubing but with AI animations and tweening. They know nothing about VTubing but are convinced people will love the AI version [citation needed] They're excited that their AI is capable of worshipping Hitler They want to sell you AI tokens with themselves as a middleman They claim artists are the most unethical people on the internet and "Riggers have come into our community to moralize at them" They then start taking victory laps about how Artists are going to get fired and lose their jobs and livelihoods, which they presumably deserve for being so unethical and vile. They then tell artists they should use AI They also misrepresent the water argument. Claiming 0.2% of industrial water is AI. This is in fact a true claim, but it hides the fact that AI is draining municipal supplies of fresh water. They suggest damming or redirecting the Colorado river and demand California just switch to desalinization so their Hitler worshipping chatbot can have more users. In short, these people seem like rent-seeking hucksters. Five years ago I wouldn't be surprised if he was selling bitcoin, five years before that he was probably selling shoes. That's my take!

exactly, even if you dislike AI, someone should still be able to acknowledge the good that can come from it. if they show in inability to understand that, they are probably not worth taking seriously.
