Anti-loitering devices called mosquitoes should be banned according to @OfficialSYP Members taking a petition to Holyrood. The devices emit high pitched sound only heard by under 25s. It's claimed they discriminate against teenagers and young adults. @KitMSYP #bbcgms 0740
