I personally tested this and engaged fellow students in the area. The experience is the same for everyone. Despite purchasing data bundles, browsing is nearly impossible. Something as basic as loading a WhatsApp status picture often fails to load. Students here depend on reliable internet for academic work, communication, and daily life.
