👨‍⚕️An encounter with a patient I had which made me ask "How are you still alive?" Had a guy who had died suddenly and unexpectedly. I soon learned he was the recipient of a lung transplant about 15 years prior. When I opened the man up, his transplanted lung was upside down. I flipped the lung into the proper position, and bloop. It flipped right back to upside down. That was quite alarming. The surgeons who originally performed the transplant incorrectly attached the organ. When he by chance entered the correct position, the lung flipped over, causing his pulmonary artery to seal shut, resulting in his death. The man lived for 15 years with a lung that was dying to flip upside down. And it was only by sheer chance he didn't move in such a way that allowed it to do so until the fateful day of his death. It is one of the most fascinating cases I have ever witnessed.

🚨It’s 2026 and we’ve officially entered the future. No more drunk Uber drivers. No more surge pricing at 2am. No more awkward small talk. Just hop in, tap the app, and a clean, autonomous Tesla picks you up and drives you like a boss — while you relax, work, or nap. Elon wasn’t joking. The robotaxi era is here. Cybercab production is ramping, the app is live, and the age of owning a car just to sit in traffic is coming to an end. This is the most exciting shift in transportation since the invention of the car itself. Download the Tesla Robotaxi app. The future just called — and it’s driverless.

Exactly. The censorship industrial complex didn’t die — it just went into hiding. They’re regrouping in newsrooms, universities, NGOs, Big Tech boardrooms, and government agencies, waiting for the next Democrat administration to hand them back the keys. 2024-2028 is not victory. It’s a temporary ceasefire. The moment a Democrat wins in 2028, the same people who spent years labeling parents as “domestic terrorists,” censoring COVID dissent, and calling half the country “threats to democracy” will flip the switch back on — harder and smarter than before. They’re not defeated. They’re reloading. The woke aren’t gone. They’re just rebranding, retraining, and preparing for the next cycle. Stay vigilant. This fight is far from over.

BREAKING🚨: This story is absolutely insane. 19-year-old Clélia Verdier spent three weeks in a coma... and lived an entire lifetime inside it. She fell in love. Got married. Built a family. And even had triplets. When she finally woke up, she was devastated to discover none of it was real. She woke up mourning a husband and three children who never existed. This one hits hard. What a cruel twist of fate.

JUST IN🚨: Israel says the new Iranian regime is “more extreme” than its predecessor. They literally killed the head of state and the spiritual/political “Pope” of the Islamic Republic in airstrikes, helped install a new leadership dominated by the Revolutionary Guards… and now they’re surprised it’s more extreme? “Oh no, the regime we just decapitated with bombs is even tougher now! Who could have predicted this?” They’re fighting the consequences of their own regime-change adventure, fighting the reality that removing top leaders doesn’t create moderates, and fighting the idea that you can bomb a country’s leadership into submission and get a friendlier government. Brilliant strategy, guys. Really worked out great. The irony is thicker than the smoke over Tehran.

HOLY SHIT... It’s 2026 and while their own cities are getting bombed, their economy is collapsing, and their regime is bleeding money on proxies, ordinary Iranians are out in the streets chanting for… Lebanon. Not “down with the regime.” Not “we want bread and freedom.” But solidarity with Hezbollah and Lebanon. They’re fighting imperialism, fighting decades of illegal sanctions, fighting Israeli aggression against the Axis of Resistance, and fighting the idea that they should abandon their regional allies just because Washington and Tel Aviv demand it. From Isfahan to Beirut, the message is clear: Iran and its people will not be broken. This is the most powerful (and inspiring) display of solidarity in the face of overwhelming pressure. How the hell can Trump and Israel defeat them?

🚨I was at a restaurant yesterday when I overheard two guys in their 20s talking loudly. One says: “Israel is a terrorist state.” The other nods enthusiastically: “Yeah bro, exactly.” I turned around and asked them: “Quick question — which other country in the Middle East has Arabs serving in its parliament with Jews, Arab judges on its Supreme Court, and a growing Arab population that chooses to live there instead of fleeing to any of the 22 Arab countries surrounding it?” They both went silent. Then I added: “And which one of those 22 Arab countries would actually let you stand in public and call their government a ‘terrorist state’ without throwing you in prison… or worse?” Dead silence. You can scream “Israel is a terrorist state” pretty safely in Baghdad, Tehran, or Damascus… but try screaming “Hezbollah is a terrorist organization” or “Hamas are cowards who hide behind civilians” in those same places and see how long you last. That’s not terrorism. That’s the only liberal democracy in the Middle East getting hated for refusing to die. Curious, isn’t it?

It’s 2026 and while Trump is begging Netanyahu to chill and the US is pushing a fragile ceasefire, Hezbollah is still launching rockets into Israel like the war never paused. They spent weeks absorbing Israeli strikes, watching hundreds die in Lebanon, and promising de-escalation through their Iranian masters… only to immediately break the quiet by hitting Israeli territory again. This is the most expensive (and predictable) reminder that you can’t ceasefire with people who want you dead. The war isn’t pausing. It’s just getting reloaded.

Another young father beaten to death in Chicago by 60 IQ savages. Meanwhile the same politicians who defunded the police and emptied the jails will cry about "systemic racism" if anyone dares point out that this keeps happening in the same zip codes by the same demographic. Alexander Kazanowski is dead. His newborn will grow up without a father. But sure, let's keep pretending the real problem is "poverty" and not the savages running wild. RIP.

🚨HOLY SHIT... China just authorized it's state refiners to start burning through their strategic oil reserves amid a full-blown energy crisis Do you understand what this means? It’s 2026 and the world’s second-largest economy is quietly panicking as the Iran war spirals. With heavy fighting still raging, Iranian missiles flying, and the Strait of Hormuz hanging by a thread, global oil supply is under extreme threat. One serious disruption in that narrow chokepoint and millions of barrels per day disappear overnight. China — which imports the vast majority of its oil — is now forced to raid its emergency stockpiles just to keep refineries running and prevent factories from grinding to a halt. This isn’t a temporary blip. This is a major power staring down the barrel of real shortages while a hot war in the Middle East threatens to choke off the artery that supplies nearly 20% of the world’s daily oil. They’re fighting the direct fallout of the Iran conflict, fighting skyrocketing prices, fighting the risk of a full Strait closure, and fighting the brutal reality that this war is already hammering the global economy harder and faster than most people realize. This is the most expensive (and terrifying) sign yet that the Iran war is rapidly turning into a worldwide economic emergency — and we’re still in the early stages. The squeeze has only just begun.

🚨Do you understand what's happening in the MAGA civil war? A major MAGA voice just went nuclear on Netanyahu. It’s 2026 and even one of the biggest conservative podcasters in America is now openly saying the Israeli Prime Minister should be banned from the White House. After weeks of Trump asking him to dial it down, after more bombs dropping on Beirut, after another round of “sure, I’ll low-key it” while the rubble was still smoking — the mask is slipping even on the American right. They spent years treating any criticism of Israel as treason or leftist propaganda. Now their own people are saying enough: stop treating the White House like your personal war room and America like an unlimited credit card. This is what happens when unconditional support meets reality. When “America First” starts colliding with endless blank checks and endless wars. They’re fighting their own blind loyalty, fighting the fact that no foreign leader should dictate terms to the US President, and fighting the growing realization that loyalty to Israel has real costs — costs that even hardcore conservatives are no longer willing to ignore. This is the most expensive (and telling) crack in the “Israel can do no wrong” consensus coming from the American right in a long time. Ready when you are for the next one.

Do you know what this means? The UK just dropped the hammer — Lebanon WILL be covered by the ceasefire, whether Israel likes it or not It’s 2026 and while Israel is still out there bombing Lebanese neighborhoods into dust, killing hundreds in a single day, Britain steps up and says: enough. The US-Iran deal must include Lebanon immediately. No more free pass for endless airstrikes. The UK isn’t whispering politely. It’s rallying Europe, applying real diplomatic pressure, and making it brutally clear that Israel doesn’t get to dictate the rules or keep the war going on its own terms. This is Britain showing who actually calls the shots on de-escalation. While others talk, the UK is forcing the issue — protecting civilians, demanding restraint, and reminding Israel that it can’t hide behind “self-defense” forever when the body count keeps climbing. They’re standing tall against unchecked aggression, shutting down selective ceasefires, and dominating the conversation with actual moral backbone. Israel can throw all the tantrums it wants. Britain just drew the line in the sand. This is the most expensive (and overdue) reality check slapped on Israel in the entire Middle East mess.
