Police K-9s are trained to bite on command in these situations to safely gain control and prevent injury to officers or escalation. Standard procedure when verbal commands and hands-on fail. Regardless of where you stand on the situation, Mooda should NOT be unbanned because it will set a bad precedent. As long as cheaters wait long enough, they can be unbanned. This is especially bad for Siege when streamers (like Jynxzi) even quit the game cause of cheaters.
