Add very expensive doubloon set for those that have too much doubloons and proceed with whatever you want to do for weekenders and black market without reseting any doubloons.

I cheesed a lot of PvE commendations to get Legendary Completionist on @Completionists_
and I also think it's unethical to cheese PvP commendations which I would never do compared to my @Completionists_ friends.
