@Steam_Support Is this 2005? Where is the live support or something similar

Soon 48hrs ago since I made a ticket about my account being stolen and no response yet. On top of it I found out that I didn’t get hacked but they gave another person access to my account through a fake email close to mine. @Steam_Support what kind of treatment is that? Please 🙏🏼

@nornShamie It seems he made a brand new steam account and somehow changed it to work with my email. I’m not sure how it’s possible but there is not sign on my email that he has access there

@KjaerbyeCS Go to email, check the steam message . They usually send you a message . And you can lock it yourself

Hopefully I’ll get it back when steam support has time to do their job and fix their own mistake 👍 Let’s see what kind of funny ways they want me to prove it’s my account 🤔 I have around 10.000$ in skins and this has happened to people with far more in their Inventory.

Apparently my email is not hacked. Some guy made an email account close to my name and convinced @Steam_Support to help him login and easily steal my account. What type of shit security is this??
