@HighTechTexan @qatarairways My dear friend, I am very critical of many things happening at Qatar Airways, but I guarantee you that when it comes to the loyalty program, they are the best in the world. With just 9 flights, you become Platinum, while with other airlines, it's double or even triple that in U.E

@qatarairways Critical situation at the check-in counter departing from Guangzhou, our 23kg parcels, which we usually upgrade to 32kg by paying the extra fees, are being refused today without any prior notice. Poor management in CAN, acting against the company’s best interests!

@qatarairways @qrsupport "I suggest implementing a dual procedure (manual) to give the advantage to the passenger and not always to the airline! It is unacceptable to receive a confirmation email for the purchase of extra baggage and then be denied boarding due to your software error!
