I AM HAVING URGES TO TATTOO THE SIDES OF MY HEAD

Getting back in to things after a hard year end push then reset phase. Time off led me to lots of reflection and planning. I'm putting the 405x5 deadlift goal off. Using this as a chance to drop lifts significantly and reinforce the foundation of myself. Bigger and better 2026.

Rant time. I'm not good at handling failure, but I would feel worse not being honest. I failed my deadlift tonight. Could only pull 405 for 3 and a half reps. Tried a few minutes later and couldn't even get it off the floor. Devastated. Trying to keep my head up though. (1/6)

Smile brought to you by hitting 2nd of 3 year end goals today. 225 x 5 Bench Press done ✅️ Tomorrow 405 x 5 deadlift. 355 x 5 Squat completed a week ago.

Went gym. First time 405. Got it up 3 times.

@Dadlifetv_ Enhance or Fifine are two decent budget brands. Not sure quite how much you were looking to spend versus quality. Using a sound bar is great but I also use headset much more often.

I need new desktop speakers for my pc, I do not have much money to spend right now, but mine are blown out and also older then my kids. Any recommendations?

Oh and. I still have a blood clot. Still can't breathe well all the time. Doing anything takes a lot of energy. Don't know what's wrong. Don't have answer. Still appointment after appointment.

Nothing could have prepared me for almost dying this year. Even less for how few people would reach out to even just check in. But anyway. Put up 225 for reps for the first time in my life today on bench. Almost 7 months. Down 45 lbs. No nicotine. Stronger than ever. Yay.
